Your appointment is very important to me. That is why your service is reserved exclusively for you. I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore I respectfully request a minimum of 72 business hours notice. Please understand that when you no show or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss out on time, money, & most importantly, the opportunity to fill that appointment time with a client, who misses the opportunity to receive services. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 72 business hours are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of your scheduled service(s) Appointment cancelled/rescheduled day of service or no show are subject to a cancellation fee of 50%-100% of your service(s) Appointments cancelled MORE than 72 business hours notice before service, no cancellation fee necessary.
